Zhang Jike, born in Qingdao Shandong, is a Chinese table tennis player, ranking first in the world (as of August 2012).

Zhang learnt how to play table tennis from his father when he was five years old. He was included in the national team in 2003.

Zhang became the fourth male player in the history of table tennis to achieve a career grand slam, when he won the Olympic singles gold medal in 2012. The others were Jan-Ove Waldner, Liu Guoliang and Kong Linghui.

He, however, is the only one of the four to have been the reigning champion in all three competitions simultaneously. As he also won consecutively in WTTC 2011, then the World Cup 2011, and then the London Olympics 2012, he won the grand slam in only 445 days after his first major title, being the fastest player ever to do so.
